We identify 3 areas of competencies to work on, and create a custom 6 month plan that works with your schedule with a combination of face-to-face and online sessions. We work with you to identify and alleviate stressors that may be career stallers or roadblocks, and focus on your specific goals and provide concrete, actionable techniques to help you achieve them.
Group decision-making, while more effective along every parameter than individual decision-making, has unique challenges. Executive teams perform best when each manager brings their perspective that can influence a team mental model. Skills to work in a team include ownership, accountability, communication, and clear shared goals. We work with small groups to develop skills that focus on self-awareness and engaged participation such that leadership teams can take their performance to the next level. We help identify and address issues that hamper team performance.
